I read yesterday about deer and the reason they give birth to the fawn in random weird places and leave it alone for one day, I think and return later. The fawns have no smell for a predator. We walked up on it in the woods on a hillside closr to homes. We didnt touch it and our scents will keep the predator away also cause we were amazed.
